Collection

If collecting you order, we will agree a mutually convenient time which needs to be adhered to, any change to collection times or dates is subject to my discretion.

If you cannot collect your order due to illness, or any other urgent reason, a refund or re collection time is down to Bouquet Bakes discretion.

Once collected, Bouquet Bakes take no responsibility for any damage that may occur to the cakes.

How should I transport my cakes?

The floral cupcakes are by nature, rather delicate so therefore need to be handled with care, I recommend holding the bouquet / box from underneath and placing them in the footwell of the car for transport, alternatively the box or bouquet could be carefully placed in the boot, on a flat, non slippery surface and slightly wedged in so it doesn't move around. Do not travel with the car heating on to avoid the buttercream melting and in warmer weather its best to travel in a fully air conditioned car.

How should I store my cakes?

All cakes should be stored in a cool, dry location out of direct sunlight.

Once dismantled from the bouquet, store your cupcakes in an airtight container for up to 3 days to enjoy the cakes at their best.

Large cakes should also be stored in an airtight container once cut.

Your cakes do not need to be stored in the fridge as this can dry out the sponge, however in very hot weather it may be necessary to pop your cakes in the fridge, if you do, bring the cakes back out for around 1 to 2 hrs before serving to bring the cake back to room temperature.

Do you cater for allergies?

Please note that your cake might not contain nuts, a nut product, dairy, wheat, soy, eggs or gluten or any other allergen, however I do handle these products and other allergens in my kitchen so there is always a small risk of cross contamination, therefore I cannot guarantee that any of my products are allergen free and therefore are not suitable for those with allergies.

What ingredients are used?

Your cupcakes and cakes are made from only the finest ingredients and always free range eggs, they are suitable for vegetarians. I also offer a vegan option. I can also use Gluten Free flour in my bakes but due to the risk of cross contamination these are not suitable for allergies.
