Welcome to Bouquet Bakes of Lindfield, West Sussex

Hi, I’m Zoe – the baker behind Bouquet Bakes, based in the village of Lindfield near Haywards Heath. I love to create floral cupcakes and bespoke celebration cakes for birthdays, weddings, and all sorts of special occasions across Mid Sussex.

Baking has always been my passion and over time it’s grown into something I truly love sharing with others. As a mum of three, life is always busy – but I find real joy in creating cakes that feel personal and bring a smile to someone's day.

All my cakes are made with quality ingredients, including free-range eggs, and are carefully finished with thoughtful details to make each one feel extra special. My floral cupcakes are available boxed or presented as a cupcake bouquet – a delicious alternative to a real bunch of flowers and a thoughtful gift for any occasion.

I also run friendly buttercream flower workshops. They’re a great way to learn new decorating skills in a relaxed and friendly environment – no experience needed.
